Pes Cavus: Pes cavus is the increased antero-posterior curvature of the arch of the foot.

Causes:

Idiopathic
Spinocerebellar atrophy: Friedreich’s ataxia, peroneal muscular atrophy
Spinal cord disease: Poliomyelitis, spina bifida
Cerebral palsy
